We are the Culinary Fanatics at Houlihan's Restaurants.We hope you enjoy our culinary diary, but more importantly, we hope you realize that Houlihan’s is a company that’s 100% completely crazy about food; we dream about it, wake up in the middle of the night with thoughts about it, we talk, talk and talk some more about it, it’s an obsession, it’s our lives.

Crazy you say, well perhaps, who else would look at 14 different versions of the same thing in pursuit of perfection? Who else would travel thousands of miles to eat at 3 restaurants for lunch and 4 for dinner?

The pursuit to serve only the very best in our restaurants is what drives us to these extremes.
