Eating at some interesting restaurants in Las Vegas this week. Here's a short list of the plan.....but the more I see the more it changes.
RM Seafood - Chef Rick Moonen
NobHill - Chef Michael Mina
Jaleo - Chef Jose Andres
Fleur - Chef Hubert Keller
That's a pretty good list for starters. Fleur is a new small plates restaurant that has a more global approach than traditional Spanish tapas, I have high hopes for the foie gras mousse with huckleberry jam.
